Return Policy
At BAGGEDGE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased under clearance, sale, or discount offers
- Customized or personalized items with your name, logo, or specific design
- Bags that show signs of wear and tear, or damage due to mishandling
Exchange Policy:
If you have received a defective or wrong product, we offer a free replacement of the same item (if in stock) or allow you to choose a different product of equal value.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Email us at support@thebaggedge.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID and images of the product.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup from your address (in serviceable areas).
- Upon inspection at our facility, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Process:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- For COD orders, we will initiate a refund via UPI or bank transfer.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping is free in case of a wrong or defective product.
- If the return is due to any other reason (change of mind, wrong size selected by customer), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
⚠️Important Notes:
- Please do not return any item without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Products damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
